Spintax & Smart Variables
- You will fail if you copy/paste the same message to everyone.
- If you want to send the same message template to a lot of people - you need to use Spintax and smart variables
  - Smart variables will allow you to change content in an email dynamically
    - {name}
    - {company_name}
    - {job_title}
    - Etc.
  - Spintax lets you reword sections of your message - it randomly chooses one of the variations to use:
    - {Does this make sense? | Do you understand what I mean? | Do you get it?}
- Using Spintax and smart variables is non-negotiable if you’re sending many messages.
  - This applies to any channel you’re sending cold outreach on.
    - You've already covered these things if you’re using a customized and individual approach.

Verifications
- Email
  - SPF, DKIM, and DMARC - are all standard things you’ll need, and the sending tools will force you to have
- Social
  - Paying for verification on social media will dramatically improve your results. Unverified accounts will typically get relegated to an unseen folder.
- Communities
  - These have built-in verification if you paid to join. Filling out your profile completely will help too. Don’t make your profile a blatant sales pitch, though. Come across as a normal person.
Video Outreach & Voice notes
- Using video & voice notes in your outreach can help dramatically increase your trust with prospects.
  - These things humanize you and go a long way in proving you’re not a fake profile.
