- A small “chunk” of value that solves a SPECIFIC problem for a SPECIFIC market is offered in exchange for tacit approval to continue contacting them.
  - Remember: The difference between a value magnet and a lead magnet is that you already have the lead. You need to shift the relationship by providing value.

Your Value Magnet should naturally lead to your product/service
- The best way to accomplish this is to break off part of your service and give away your best insights.
- Your value magnet also proves your competence to cold prospects
  - Your value magnet can be so good that prospects don’t even ask for proof of your abilities.
    - If you produced this - you must be able to produce good results.
- Your value magnets should link to the landing page we built in the first module
